Sir,
Pursuant
to the Commission's order dated 5.5.2000, the details of estimation
of FCA rate for July 2000 to March 2001 alongwith a self explanatory
Note is forwarded for perusal and approval of the methodology
by MERC.
MSEB
requests that the Commission may approve the methodology and
the actual FCA working from time to time be allowed to be
done by MSEB. As per Electricity Regulatory Act the MERC is
not expected to enter into day to day working of MSEB----and---as_sume
financial responsibilities arising out of such actions.
