Electricity (Supply) Act 1948 has been amended by
the Government of india by the Electricity (Supply)
Amendment Act 1962, inserting a new Section 20 A.
Power to acquire projects etc. on lease, after Section
20. Six copies of the new Section 20A are attached
hereto for your information and record, which can
be pasted in your copies of the Act.
