No: FR-3/8500
Maharashtra State Electricity Board,

Mercantile Bank Building,

Fort, Bombay.

Dated:15th Feb'1963.

Departmental Circular No. 19
(Commercial)

Sub : Agreements -- dated signatures.

In the execution of the agreements, the practice followed so far is that the signatures on any of the agreements executed with the consumers are not dated. The Legal Officer has however advised that L is necessary to show the date below the signatures. It should therefore be noted that hereafter all agreements should have dated signatures of both the parties. While forwarding the agreement to the consumer he may be advised accordingly. However the date in the preamble of the agreement is not to be filled in by the consumer and the same would be done at our end when the agreement is finally signed by the representative of the Board.
