In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5-A of the Bombay Electricity Duty Act,1958 (Bombay XI of 1958), the Government of Maharashtra hereby emends Government Notification, Industries and Labour Department, No.ELD-1962- Elec.dated the 12th January, 1963, as follows, namely:-

      In the list below the said notification the following entry should be added as Sr.No.(3A) after Sr.No.(3):-
