Supply of Electric Power to unauthorised power looms.

In continuation of this office Circular No. P-Con/34462 dt. 10th Aug. 1962, 1 am enclosing herewith a copy of Government letter No.SAC1062/132473-Elec. dt.20th September 1962 wherein Government have directed that the consumers holding unauthorised power looms should produce a certificated or permit from the Textile Commissioner or his Regional Off ices for acquisition or working of power looms, within a specified time limit, failing which supply would be disconnected.       In view of the above, a notice should be served on all power loom consumers taking supply from the Board in the proforma attached hereto and further action taken in accordance with the Government Directive attached. ********   Supply of Electric power to to unathorised power looms.   Government of Maharashtra, Industries & Labour Department, Circular No. SAC-1062/~ 32473-Elec., Sachivalaya, Bombay-32. Dated the 20th September 1962.      Attention of all licensees in the State is invited to Government Circular No. 1062/119610-Elec., dated the 27th July 1962, instructing them not to supply electric power to any power loom holder without a certificate or permit from the Textile Commissioner or his Regional Offices. In this behalf a copy of notice served by the Dhulia Electric Supply Company Private Limited upon its consumers instructing that they should produce the said certificate or permit within a specified time is enclosed herewith. All other licensees are instructed to take similar steps and serve similar notices on all their consumers directing that the supply of electric power to the power looms holders would be disconnected, if they fail to produce the certificates or permit referred to in the above mentioned Government Circular within a specified time. The supply, may, however, be restored after the consumer produces the said certificate or permit. By order and in the name of the Governor of Maharashtra,
