Maharashtra State Elect. Board,

Mercantile Bank Building, Fort.

Bombay-1

Dated: 5th June 1964.

Departmental Circular No. 56
(Commercial)

Sub  :Returning of fused lamps.

At present, the fused lamps on street lights which are replaced by mew ones are returned to the Gram Panchayats or Municipalities. There is, however, a constant demand from some of the local authorities to return the fused lamps to them as they are required for their audit -purpses.

It is, therefore, decided that the caps of the fused bulbs or the fused lamps may be retuned to the local authorities who require them back and a receipt may be obtained for the same which would suffice for our audit purpose.

This is issued with the concurrence of the Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer and the Chief Engineer.
