In exercise of the powers conferred by Section
5A of the Electricity
(Bom. XL of 1958), the Duty
Act Government of Maharashtra, with eff ect from
the 1st day of 1958
November 1964, exempts the consumption of energy
in the premises
occupied by all foreign Consular Missions and
Consular
Officers in the State of Maharashtra, from pay
ment of
the whole of the electricity duty payable under
part A
and part B of the Schedule to the said Act,
