Sub: Minimum period of supply and Security Deposit for the
employees of the Semi-Government and Statutory Board.
Ref: The Departmental Circular No.50 issued under this office
No.PR-3/12420 dated 3.3.1964.

      The Board vide its resolution No.3279 dated 24/26 July 1965 has now approved to exempt the employees of Semi-Government and Statutory corporate bodies viz. Zilla Parishads, State Transport etc. from the condition of minimum period of supply, if they are transferred before completion of the minimum period of two years after the commencement of supply to them. However, they will have to pay the Security Deposit as per Board's standard Conditions of Supply.
