With reference to your letter No. 6309 of 65-66 dated: the 2nd August 1965, 1 am directed to State that the exemption for the payment of Electricity Duty granted under Government Notification, Industries and Labour Department, No. ELD-1 763/109281 /Elec. I dated the 17th November 1964 is not admissible to foreign Government Trade Commissioners.
