All the Superintending Engineers are requested to note that the agreement with the consumers for temporary supply at H.T. for Construction of Project ect. is to be executed in the new form "L-5" (attached) approved by the legal officer and C. E. (11) wherein the terms and conditions approved by the Board under is resolution No. 3087 dated 29-3-1965 have been incorporated. The signatory portion of the agreement may be changed suitably wherever necessary to meet the requirement of ind ivid ual consumer.
