2(b) |
The
Consumer shall complete all the arrangement
for receiving the supply and make available
suitable accomaodation for housing the supplier's
equipment and apparatus as per clause 6 hereunder
atleast three months prior to the date initally
indicated by the consumer for taking supply
. If the supplier is ready in all respects to
commence supply save in restect of anywork or
works reminaing to be done on the consumers
premises due to non- completion of suitable
accomodation and /or incomplete works of the
consumer to receive supply the consumer shall
be liable to pay the amount of the minimum bill
under the tariff payable as if the supply actually
commenced from the date of expiration of the
siad notice of three months unless the chief-engineer
has granted extension of time provided in subclause(a)
above.

During
the period of supply hereinafter mentioned the
supplier shall supply to the consumer and the
consumer shall tkae form teh supplier all the
electricaenergy required by the consumer for the
purposes hereinabove recited at the Consumer's
premises located at ..... upto a maximum of kVA(
hereinafter called the " Contract Demand
") subject to the provisions of clause 7

The
supply of electrical energy to the consumer shall
be in the form of three phase alternating current
at a frequency of 50 cycles per second and a pressure
of ......volts subjected to the tolerance limits
permitted by the Act . |
