Sub  : 
Provision of H.T. Breaker by H.T. Consumers and providing H.T. metering equipment.. Relaxation in conditions No. 13(B) & 20 (a) (v).
In accordance with the poweer delegated to the undersigned in respect of relaxation of the conditions of supply, the following relaxation are hereby approved in respect of conditions 13 and 20 of the conditions of supply of the Board which should be followed hereafter.

The condition No. 13 (6) for providing OCI3 by H.T. consumers has been relaxed as follows:

1.   For a load upto 500 WA the consumer may use fast acting expulsion type D.O. cutouts with fast acting fuse elements alongwith A.B. switch which shall be subject to approval by Board's Engineer.

2.   For a load of more than 500 WA and upto and including 1,000 WA on 11 W the consumers need upto & including 1,500 WA on 22/33 We need
not provide an O.C.B., but the should provide high rupturing capacity fuses of prescribed grade and quality and A.B. switch on H.T. side.

The condition No.20 (a) (v) for providing metering equipment has been relaxed as follows:

For loads upto and including 500 WA, the metering may be done on L.T. side.

All the field officers are requested to note the above relaxations for future guidance.
