The form of agreement for street lighting
service to private bodies other than Local Authorities
such as Co-operative Societies, Housing Colonies,
Institutions etc. has been approved by the Standing
Committee vide decision No. 2734 dated: 8.6.1966.
A copy of the agreement is enclosed herewith.
All the field officer are therefore requested to execute
such agreements in the form as per attached copy.
