Alteration to installation 3)

WHEREVER any alteration is required by the Con-
sumer in the fixtures or position of fixtures. Such alteration shall be carried out by the Supplier at the Supplier at the entire cost of the Consumer.

Burning hour Schedule 4)

Allamps fitted and in service shall burn eitther for the whose night or in accordance with the standard moon  light schedule of the Supplier attached hereto as Schedule 'B' or according to the convenience of the consumer subject, however, to the minimum of 2300 burning hours per annm and subjecct to the tariff  minimum prescribed in the tariff schedule attached.

Switching ON
& OFF.
5) The consumer shall make his own arrangement to
switch on and off the street lights.
Replacement
of
lamps
6)

The supplier shall replace the burnt out lamps by the new ones, supplied by the consumer within reasonable time after the receipt by the Resident Engineer of written notice from the Consumer. The consumer shall pay 10 paise per lamp for bulbs upto 60 Watts and 15 paise per bulbs of more than 60 Watts as handing ccahrges to the supplier.

Charges for Service 7)

THE consumer shall pay to the supplier every month at the office of the Resident Engineer or as may be otherwise requereed, charges for the service redered during the preeceding month at the standard tariff of  the Board applicable for street lighting service in force from time to time. If during the currency of this agreement, tariff is revised, increased or decreased tariff  from the date specified shalol apply to the consumer during and for the unexpired perriod of the present  agreement. A copy of the current tariff schedule applicalbe to this Agreement is set out in Schedule 'A' attached hereto.

Security
Deposit
8)

The consumer shall pay Security Deposit against payment of monthly bills in accordance with the conditions os supply of the Supplier.

Measurement
of energy
consumed
9)

THE Quantity of energy supplier to the Consumer
under this agreement shall be ascertained on a meter or meters to be installed and maintained by the supplier
at any place or places which may in the opinion of the Chief Engineer, Maharashtra State Electricity Board (hereinafter referred to as "The Chief Engineer", which expression shall include any other off icer authorised by the supplier to perform the functions of the Chief Engineer specified in this Agreement and any other officer or officers authorised by the Chief Engineer) be convenient. If more than one meter is used, for separately measuring the energy supplier for different points the quantity of the energy supplied shall be computed by adding the readings of all such meters.
