The
present delegation of powers regarding commercial matters
which were approved by the Board vide its Resolution No.
11 dt. 16.8.76 were communicated to the field officers vide
Deptt. Circular (Com) No. 277 issued under letter No.PG-56/38731
dt. 24th Aug.'76.
The
Board vide its Resolution No.1723 dt.10.5.79 has accorded
its approval for revised delegation of powers. A copy of
the statement showing the revised delegation of powers as
now approved by the Board is forwarded herewith.
