Common service line and meter for connecting the load sanctioned to different persons.

The following person/s has/have been sanctioned load at House No.                          Bhiwandi/Dist. Thana as specified against each person for running textile machinery including power looms.

Where as I/We wish to use the aforesaid sanctioned load and a common shed, common service and meter as approved by Govt. under its orders No. S-127/107655-Elec. dt. 14th May 1962, I/We hereby give an undertaking as under:

1	I / We hereby nominate Shri                                  No. 1, above, who is an owner/or tenant of the aforesaid shed for load in the name of the said nominee:
2	I / We hereby nominate Shri                                 the holder of existing installation No.                          the                         at H.No.                             area for connecting the total sanctioned load in the name of the said nominee in order to avail of the sanctioned load under a common service and meter.
3	The said nominee in whose name connection. is to be given shall be primarily responsible for payment of energy bills and any  other dues of the Board and in the event of his failure to pay any dues of the BoardI/We shall be jointly and severally liable to pay such dues. Further, I/We agree to pay in addition to security deposit at the rate of Rs. 60/- per HP for the total connected load.
4	The Service charges and security deposit etc. shall be paid by the said nominee and he shall comply with the requisite formalities for taking connection of the total sanctioned load as stated herein above.
