No. SAC-1979/4470/CR/NRG-2 - In exercise of the
powersonferred by clause (a) of Sub-section (1)
of section 6A
of the Bombay Electricity (Special Powers) Act,
1946, (Bom-Act, bay XX of 1946), and is supersession
of
Government Notification, Industries & Labour
Department, No. SAC-1074, the Government of Maharashtra
hereby directs
that no licensee supplying electrical energy in
the areas specified in Col.2 of the Schedule shall,
without
the previouss anction of the State Govt. supply
Electrical energy for industrial purposes to any
existing or new
consumers in these areas in excess of the
limits respectively specified against the said
areas in Col. 3 of the said
schedule.

Explanation:
For the purpose of this Order:-
| (a) |
"existing
consumer" means a consumer who was receiving
electrical energy from any licensee immediately
before the date of this Order; |
| (b) |
"new
consumer" means a consumer who was not receiving
any supply of energy from any licensee immediately
before the date of this order.
