With reference to your letter

dt. _________________,I am directed to convey Board's consent as
required under Section 44 of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948 to instal __________Nos.of Tractor Powered Generating Sets of capacity ________ kVA at your farm___________ at subject to the
following conditions to which you have already agreed vide your letter dt.

1)	You will not claim any relief on account of your running the T.P.G. set.
2)	You will not run the above T.P.G.set in parallel with the  Board's/licensee's supply unless otherwise agreed to by us/them.
3)	you will use your sets in the dry season, if necessary, during the periods when grid supply is not given.
4)	You will inform the date of commissioning of the set to the Board.
5)	You will have to get your generating sets registered with the C.E. (Elect.) to Govt., Veer Nariman Rd., Bombay-23.
6)	Report regarding the generation figures should be sent to this office as well as C. E. (Elect.) to Govt., so as to reach this office before 15th April & 15th of Oct.
