continuation of the Departmental Circular (Commercial)
No. 387 issued
vide this office letter No.
P-Con/52604 dt. 28.11.84. under which clearance
required to be obtained as perthe Govt. letter No.MSC/1084/2872-C/R/`N/R/G-2/dt.30.10.84,
was communicated to all concerned, we are for-watcling
herewith a copy of the Govt. letter of even number
dt. 23.7.85 prescribing
the NOCs/Clearances to be obtained by the various
types of consumers
situated outside B.M.R. area. These may be duly
noted and followed
strictly.

copy of the Govt. letter dt. 30.10.85 related to the
circular No. 387 is also enclosed herewith for ready
reference.
