............Government
in the Energy Department has been receiving number
of applications for sanction of power supply from
the Public Sector Undertakings and Departments of
Central and State Governments. With a view to sanction
the power supply quickly to such undertakings / departments,
Government is pleased to direct that all power licensees
in the State should sanction power to these undertakings/departments
which are located outside Bombay Metropoliton Region
(BMR) area irrespective of their power requirement
subject to the compliance of instructions issued under
this Department letter No. MSC 1084/2872/CR/NRG-2,
dated the 30th October 1984 and No.MSC 1084/2872/CR/NRG-2,
dated the 23rd July 1985.
