dt. 10.2.87 from the Under Secretary to Govt., Industries,
Energy & Labour Department, regarding disconnection
of power supply to an industrial unit.
............These
instructions may be followed only in the case of H.T.
industrial units employing large number of workers.
Instead of taking independent action on this Circular,
the copiet of the "independent" 7-days' Notice whenever
issued to these consumers (not printed on bills),
should also be sent to the concerned authorities as
per Circular. The actual disconnection may be effected
by giving 24-Hours'Notice after completion of 15 days
from the date of issue of the 7-Days' Notice as above.

request from the Labour Commissioners or Dy.Labour
Commissioners for postponement of disconnection should
be directly entertained by the field officers. In
case of such a request being received they may be
advised to approach the Head Office of the Maharashtra
State Electricity Board, Bombay.
