Clearances required to be obtained by various
types of consumers

Dept. (Comm) Circular no. 387 issued vide letter No.P- Con/52604 dtd. 28.11.84.

2) Dept. (Comm) Circular No. 392 dtd. 19.8.85


............In continuation to the above, please find enclosed with a copy of the Govt.letter No.MSC/1987/5132/NRG-1 dtd. 13.8.87. It has been clarified in this letter that even if a consumer holds a provisional S.S.I. Registration Certificate the consumers should produce all other necessary clearances as per earlier Govt. directives before releasing supply. This procedure may therefore be followed for releasing power supply to the industries.
