Bombay Electricity Duty Act, 1958

No ELD 1788/4283 (IV)/CR/NRG-4. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (vi) of clause (a) of subsection (2) of section 3 of the Bombay Electricity Duty act, 1958, (Bom. XL of 1958), the Government of Maharashtra, having regard to the need and conditions of agricultural development in the State, hereby specifies with effect from the 18th March 1988, all agricultural purposes for the purposes of clause(a) of the said sub- section(2).
