2 Dt. 30.10.84
has prescribed a list of the NOC / clearance required
to be obtained by various types of consumers before
alailing power connection. This was circulated to
all concerned vide Dept. Circular (Comm.) No. 387
Dt. 28-11.84.

partial modification of this directive, the Govt.
has now decided that the Sr. No.3 of the said order
regarding N.O.C. for 'powerlooms' shall be substituted
by the list now issued vide Govt. letter No. MSC/1087/
CR/2184/NRG-5 dtd. 15.6.88. A copy of the Govt. letter
Dt. 15.6.88 alongwith the list is enclosed herewith.
Therefore list of NOC shown against Sr. No 3 of the
list issued vide Govt. letter dt. 30.10.84 now needs
to be substituted by the above and followed while
sanctioning power to powerlooms.
