be submitted by various consumers for obtaining supply,
have been communicated to you vide circulars No. 387
& 392 issued vide letters No. P.Comm/52604 dt.
28-11-84 and No. 38867 dated 19-8- 1985.

Government thereafter from time to time issued modifications
inrespect of certain industries fegarding requirement
of NOC from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board and
Environment Department before sanctioning power supply
