Subject: Fuel & Other Costs Adjustment
Charge for the period October 2001 to November 2002 to be charged to the consumers
with effect from the billing month of May 2003.
The
Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission has accorded approval for recovery
of Fuel & Other Costs Adjustment Charge (FOCA) pertaining to the period
October 2001 to November 2002. Further the Hon’ble Commission has also determined
the said FOCA as indicated in the Table given here below and the said charge
is to be recovered from all the eligible consumers over a period of two months
with effect from the billing month of May 2003.
