Subject: Fuel & Other Costs Adjustment Charge
for the period December 2002 to March 2003 to be charged to the consumers with
effect from the billing month of May 2003.
The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission
by its letters dated 28/04/2003 & 05/05/2003 has approved guidelines and
methodology for computation of F O C A . As per the said guidelines &
methodology the F O C A for the period December 2002 to March 2003 has been
determined as indicated in table given below. The said charges are payable
by all the eligible consumers for two months with effect from the billing month
of July 2003 .
