Subject: Fuel & Other Costs Adjustment Charge for the month of April 2003 to be charged to the consumers with effect from the billing month of September 2003.

The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission by its letters dated 28/04/2003 & 05/05/2003 has approved guidelines and methodology for computation of F O C A. As per the said guidelines & methodology the F O C A for the month of April 2003 has been determined as indicated in table given below. The said Charges are payable by all the eligible consumers with effect from the billing month of September 2003.

All the field officers are therefore requested to take note of the above, information of which has already been given by Chief Engineer (TRC), Mumbai to all the Zonal Chief Engineers by his letter no. CE / TRC / FOCA / 27439 dated 20/08/2003.
