14. Approval of consumer's installation :

*1. Before any wiring or apparatus in case of low tension consumers, and transformers switchgears, other electrical equipment in the case of high tension consumers i~ connected to the system, the same shall be subject to the inspection and approva of the Chief Engineer, and will not be made without his approval.

*2. All HT & LT consumer shall install only such electric equipments (to be connected t( the system) duly approved by I.S. I. The Board reserves the right to refuse to supply to my apparatus, motor or installation which is opinion of the Board's engineer is sub-standard and/or which may cause harm to the Board's system. In case I.S.1 approval for type of particular machinary is not available, Board reserves the right to relax this provision.
