1. I am the Accounts Member of the Petitioner in the above matter and am duly authorised by the said Petitioner to make this affidavit.

2. The statements made in the Petition herein now shown to me are true to my knowledge and are based on information and records available with the Petitioners' office and I believe the same to be true.

Solemnly affirmed at 25th on this day of May 2001 that the contents of the above affidavit are true to my knowledge, no part of it is false and nothing material has been concealed therefrom.
