SHORT TENDER NOTICE
Sealed & superscribed item rate tenders are invited in separate two covers from experienced and reputed cement manufacturer, authorized dealers or Sole Selling Agent for supply of 53 Grade Ordinary Portland Cement 9600 M.T. to MSEDCL’s PSC pole factories in Dist. Pune, Satara, Kolhapur, Solapur, Ahmednagar, Nasik, Jalgaon, Dhule and 7000 MT in Dist. Nagpur, Chandrapur, Yavatmal, Washim, Jalna, Parbhani. Details – (1)Tender Nos. CE/DSPC/PF/Tender No.4/2005-06 & Tender No. 5/2005-06 (2) EMD amount Rs. 2,88,000/- in form of Nationalised / Schedule Bank Guarantee for six months in MSEDCL proforma (3) Time limit – 12 (Twelve) months (4) Blank Tender Cost – Rs.5000/- by cash. Blank tender forms will be available for sale in the office of the Chief Engineer(DSPC), Prakashgad, 5th floor, Bandra (East) Mumbai–400051 from 27.10.2005 to 16.11.2005 during 11.00 hrs. to 15.00 hrs. Completed tender price bid in Cover No. 2 and prequalifying documents, EMD etc. in Cover No. I is to be submitted to the said office on 17.11.2005 upto 13.00 hrs. If possible Cover No. I will be opened on the same day at 15.00 hrs. and Cover No. 2 of eligible tenderer will be opened on 21.11.05 at 15.00 hrs. in presence of such tenderers or their authorised representative who choose to remain present. The authorised dealers and sole selling agents are required to submit attested copies of (1) Latest Certificate from the parent manufacturer about authorization (2) Latest Sale Tax Registration Certificate (3) Solvency Certificate of Nationalised / Schedule Bank for Rs.60/- lacs (4) Experience Certificate for completion of cement supply order in last three years etc. with EMD in Cover No. 1. Right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons or splitting the order is reserved by the undersigned.
