1. Bids
are invited for the works of Air Conditioning Plants for New Parli Thermal
Project 250 MW Unit No.1 and Paras Expansion Project 250 MW Unit No.1.
2. SCOPE OF WORK:
Design, engineering,
manufacture, supply, delivery to site, receipt, handling & storage at site,
erection, testing, commissioning and handing over of Air Conditioning Plants
with all accessories, auxiliaries along with supply of mandatory spares as
prescribed in the bid documents.

4.QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS:
4.1 The bid is open for participation to those Bidder who satisfy
the following requirements with the documentary evidence in the bid that (i) He
has designed, manufactured/ assembled, supplied, erected, tested and
commissioned at least two (2) nos. Air Conditioning plants each having 100 TR
& above capacity. Such Air Conditioning plants are in satisfactory
operation for a period of two (2) years on the date submission of bid. (ii) The
average annual turnover of the bidder shall be minimum Rs. 195 lakhs per year
for the past preceding three years.
4.2 Bids not fulfilling the
qualifying requirements specified above & not accompanied with the
prescribed bid security shall be summarily rejected. The bidder shall submit the bid security equivalent to Indian
Rupees 9,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Nine Lakhs only) alongwith the bid; for
covering the entire scope of work for New Parli Thermal Project (Part A) and Paras
TPS Expn. Project (Part B).The bid shall be valid till 210 days from the date
of opening of Cover No. One of the bid. Interested eligible bidders may obtain
the bid from the office of the Chief Engineer (Gen.P&P) from 14.00 Hrs. to
16.00 Hrs. on payment of the specified amount by crossed demand draft payable
to Maharashtra State Electricity Board, Mumbai and furnishing the cash receipt
to Chief Engineer (Gen.P&P) on 3rd Floor with an appropriate
authorisation & a requisition for bid documents giving complete postal
address of the bidder. MSEB shall not
be responsible for any postal delay, if desired by post. MSEB does not bind
itself to accept the lowest or any of the bids. MSEB reserves the right to
reject any bid or all bids without assigning any reason thereof.
