1) Bids
are invited for the provision of Ozonisation Plant for New Parli Thermal Project Unit No.1 ( 1 x 250MW) &
Paras TPS Expn.Project Unit No.1
( 1x 250 MW)
2) SCOPE
OF WORK : Design, engineering,
manufacture, supply, packing into properly sized units, shipping and delivery
to site, receipt, handling and storage at site, civil works, erection, testing,
commissioning and handing over of Ozonisation Plant with all accessories & auxiliaries along with supply of
mandatory spares as prescribed in the bid documents.

(4) QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS: Bid is open for participation to the Bidder who satisfies following requirements with documentary
evidence in the bid that : (1) The bidder should be a manufacturer / his
authorised dealer. The bidder should have supplied, installed and commissioned
minimum 1.5 Kg/hr Ozonisation system for Water Disinfections in India at
Government organisation or Public Sector Undertaking. The bidder should
produce performance certificates from such customers Govt. Organisation or Public Sector
Undertaking, where this system have been installed & have been in service
in India. (2) The bidder should be
financially sound and must be solvent to the extent of Rs. 4.50 crores Latest Solvency certificate should be
enclosed from the Collector of the District in which firm is established
or from Nationalised / Scheduled bank for the minimum amount of Rs. 4.50 crores. (3) The bidder should have been
awarded / completed the work of similar
nature in Govt. Organisation or Public Sector Undertaking of value not
less than Rs.100 lakhs under
single contract during last three years
on or before the last date of
submission of bid. (4) Bidder shall be required to submit bid
security equivalent to Indian Rupees 16,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Sixteen Lakhs
only) along with bid. Validity of bid security shall be upto 210 days from date
of opening of Cover No. One of bid. Bids not accompanied with prescribed bid security shall be
rejected. (5) Interested eligible
bidders may obtain bid documents from office of Chief Engineer (Gen.P&P) from 14.00 Hrs. to 16.00 Hrs. on all
working days between days mentioned above on payment of specified amount by crossed demand draft
payable to Maharashtra State Power
generation Co.Ltd and furnish cash receipt to Chief Engineer (Gen.P&P) on 3rd
Floor with a requisition for bid
documents giving complete postal address of bidder. In case bidder wishes to authorise
somebody to collect documents on his behalf, then appropriate authorisation
letter from bidder should be presented along with request letter. In case of request for despatch of bid documents through Post / Courier,
same shall be despatched through Registered Post. MSPGCL shall not be responsible for postal delay. (6) MSPGCL
reserves right to reject any bid or all bids without assigning any reason
thereof.
