A) QUALIFYING
REQUIREMENTS OF BIDDERS :
The bid is
open for participation to those Bidders who satisfy the following requirements
with the documentary evidence in the bid.
1.0 Qualifying Requirements of Bidders: -
1.1 PACKAGE A ( 30/5 T
DG EOT Crane)
Bidder shall
establish that he has designed, manufactured, supplied, erected, tested and
commissioned at least two EOT Cranes for duty conforming to IS 3177 each of
capacity 20 T (min.) for span of 10 M (min.)
1.2 PACKAGE B ( 10 T DG
EOT Crane, 7.5 T DG EOT Crane, 5 T Underslung Crane, 5 T Gantry Crane & 5T and 3 T Electric Hoists )
The Bidder shall establish
that he has designed, manufactured, supplied, erected, tested and commissioned at least two EOT Cranes for
duty conforming to IS 3177 each of
capacity 5 T (min.) for a span of (min.)10 mtrs.
1.3 The above cranes should have been in
successful operation for at least 2 years.
The average
annual turnover during last three years shall not be less than Rs. 36 lakhs for
Package A & Rs. 68 lakhs for Package B.
B) DOCUMENTARY
EVIDENCE TO BE SUBMITTED BY THE BIDDER IN SUPPORT OF HIS ELIGIBILITY
a)
Bidders experience of design, manufacture, supply, erection,
testing and commissioning of similar EOT cranes which are in operation on the
date set for opening of the bid.
b)
Bidders declaration about the change in the Ownership during
the validity of his bid. If such a change is anticipated, the scope and effect
thereof shall be defined.
c)
Bidders financial capacity and resources to meet the
financial obligations pursuant to the scope of the works covered in the bid
documents. The bidders should submit
copies of his profit and loss account and balance sheet for the immediate past
three preceding years.
d)
Bidders organization chart to provide the necessary
management services required to successfully complete design, manufacture,
supply, erection, testing, commissioning of EOT Cranes as stipulated in the
specifications.
C) BIDDER SHOULD NOTE THE FOLLOWING:-
1.0
The above stated requirements are the
minimum and the Owner reserves
the right to
request for any
additional information/ data and also reserves the right to reject the proposal
of any bidder, if, in the opinion of the Owner, the qualification data
furnished by the bidder is incomplete/ incorrect.
2.0 The
bidder should ensure
that the information
to be furnished in the
following
qualification
document, Annexures should be specific and to the point. All questions must be commented & filled
in. The bidder must furnish recent
certificates from their clients regarding the satisfactory operation of the
installation & execution of the works on the basis of which the bidder
intends to get qualified. Copies of such certificates should be attested by
Govt. Notary.
