4) QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS:
1.0
QUALIFYING
REQUIREMENT OF BIDDERS
The bid is
opened for participation to those Bidders who satisfy the following
requirements:
1.1 a) The bidder, shall be necessarily a pump
manufacturer and shall establish
that he
has designed, manufactured,
supplied, erected, tested and
commi-
ssioned
atleast 2 nos.vertical turbine wet pit pumps of capacity not less than 1200M3/hr.
OR
b)
The bidder shall be an authorized representative of such manufacturer who has
designed,
manufactured, tested and commissioned at least 2nos. vertical turbine
wet pit pumps of capacity not less than 1200
m3/hr.
The above pumps as
mentioned at 1.1 (a) & (b) should be in successful operation for past
two years on the date before two months set for opening of
bid.
1.2 The
average annual turnover during last three years shall not be less than
Rs.172.00 lakhs.
5.0 Bids not fulfilling the qualifying
requirements specified above &
not accompanied with the prescribed
bid security shall be summarily rejected.
The bidder shall submit the bid security equivalent to Indian Rupees 2,15,000/- (Indian Rupees Two
Lakhs Fifteen Thousand only) alongwith the bid, valid till 210 days
from the date of opening of Cover

eligible bidders may obtain the bid from the office of the Chief Engineer
(Gen.P&P) from 14.00 Hrs. to
16.00 Hrs. on payment of the specified amount
by crossed demand draft payable to, MAHARASHTRA STATE POWER GENERATION CO. LTD., Prakashgad,
2nd floor,
Bandra (East), Mumbai-400 051 and furnishing the cash receipt to Chief Engineer
(Gen.P&P) on 3rd Floor with an appropriate authorisation & a
requisition for bid documents giving complete postal address of the bidder.

for any postal delay, if desired

GENERATION CO. LTD., does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any of
the bids. MAHARASHTRA STATE POWER

to reject any bid or all bids without
assigning any reason thereof.
